Search Consultants was initially conceived as an "Outward Bound Training" facilities . It addressed the concerns of the Indian Corporate . With a 18 years hard earned experience behind us, we have metamorphosed into an " Outward Bound Learning " facility.

Our expertise lies in the area of determining the needs of the client through dialogue with the management followed by an experiential and apperceptive customized program of one to three days duration that is focused on addressing the specific issues or objectives indicated by the client, thereby giving a rich learning experience.

Our clientele in the past were restricted to the public sector Oil Companies and educational institutions. We are now in the process of diversifying into the private sector.
